Payment

Ikigai Kimonos accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay through Stripe.

All prices on IkigaiKimonos.com are in DKK and include Danish VAT

Delivery

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which can be used to track your order.

We reserve the right not to deliver in the case that our stock level was incorrect at the time we received the order. If we should be unable to deliver the order or parts of it, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

General

Only Danish VAT (value-added taxes) is included in the price. Please note that in some countries, the legislation demands national VAT and/or additional fees on the goods. Ikigai Kimonos is not responsible for any of these costs which may occur – please check your respective country’s rules and regulations.

Return Policy

You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.

All original packaging, price labels, etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition.

To complete your return, please fill out the return paper you have received with your package. 

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

NB. In the case of returns or exchange of goods, the shipping cost is held by the customer.

Complaints

If you should have any complaints regarding wrong, damaged or missing items, please contact us asap on mail: info@ikigaikimonos.com

When shopping at our webshop, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you either get the item you bought repaired or replaced, refunded or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

The complain/appeal must be given within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product.

When you return the product, please describe the problem as fully as you can and contact us on mail info@ikigaikimonos.com. It is a requirement.

We would love to hear from you about any complaints at mail: info@ikigaikimonos.com, but if you wish to forward your complaints any further you can do so in your own language at the official website of the European Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

Force majeure

We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
